First send her a letter telling her that she is trespassing and is not permitted on your property. Then if you see her on your property (in person or on video), file a complaint.

Keep in mind that the fact that you have it on camera is evidence that the trespassing crime occurred. However, does the video evidence show clearly that it was your neighbor? If you can clearly show in the video that it was your neighbor doing this, then they will likely act because there is a high probability of conviction.

Doubt the police will care for it much depending on which country you live in, where I live people often call the police they come and go just as fast.
