I force myself to every now and then, maybe once or twice a year. It never comes out in public no matter what is happening so things catch up to me. The times I do cry, even if its forced, I get the best sleep of my life.

I would but I'm terrified of doing so. Crying In my "family" is a serious no no. You get beat if you do. they will laugh at you horribly if you do. They love torturing people and making them cry. They get off on it. You learn to keep it in. I lost a tooth once and had to get stitches in my face because I cried when I got beat because they were drunk.
