I don't smoke pot, but before it was legalized, I grew it like crazy and sold it all. I was making about $400,000 a day. So here is what I was doing. I'd take Mexican dirt weed seeds and then grow them. If they managed to make seeds in Mexico, then they're gold to me. I grow them in DWC hydroponics. Holy shit they grow so strong when not grown in dirt. They must've bought the best seeds on the market and then was too lazy to... um, I dunno, not grow it in dirt. I did a THC test on mine and I had a 25% THC rating. Holy fuck! Then I started cloning the best plants and had what I called the mother plants. I used racks and would pin the plants down using CFL's just 1 foot above them. Any branch that sticks up gets pinned downed. I leave from my early years that yea, HPS bulbs with all that heat they generate create huge buds, but why huge when you want more and stronger? If you lived in SD during my day you might know my shit if a hot girl in the mall sold you "El Dolce" which was $20/gram when you could get 1/8th from some bullshit. I had the girls working for me and I choose malls because, people and shit, I dunno. I used 2'X4' CFL lights with LFT method like I said. I'd pin the plants down as they grow towards the light.60% more weed and the trichomes... fucking amazing. I bought microscopes and shit and knew when to harvest.

Oh and when you clone... it don't take no 3 months no more to get it to the size you want it before you switch it up from 24 hour lights to 8. It grows fast and it sells fast. Each plant was about a pound due to LFT method too... out of a DWC tank. Hydro is the way to go.

I also grew shrooms... ask me about that or ask more about me growing marijuana. I'm a fucking plant scientist and even preformed experiments with lighting, mixtures in hydro water, so ask away... I'm a open book if you're interested.

Currently, I stopped selling growable drugs. The market I was in control of got shut down due to legalization and let's be real about shrooms... they're not habit buyers. I'm out the game yo. It's actually been a long time since I was in... over 10 years. I do still have the knowledge though. It's all there right in my head. 1lbs/plant... lft and CFL mixed with hydro is the key. My shit IS the sticky icky icky. Who's weed did you think Snoop Dog was smoking? His Studio was walking distance from my apartment nugga. And again... I don't smoke it, I just grow it muther fuckers.

A good way to grow seedlings is in egg cartons. Eggshells around salad help prevent slugs and snails. Grinded, they can be used as fertilizer. Coffee grounds help against some other pests lie bugs. You can easily grow a plant from most gone bad fruits and vegetables by just putting them in earth and give it water, its how they grow natural. It's better to try it than throw it away if you have the space for it. Otherwise most seeds work as well with a small amount of work. I have great success with avocados. You can water orchids with crushed or cubed ice when dipping them is too much work. They often don't like normal watering, though. Just don't get the ice in direct contact with the plant.  Water from boiled eggs, when used regularly, is a kind of fertilizer, let it cool Down before using it though. It's weaker in concentration but works the same as normal fertilizer.

(1) Make a starter seed with a rubber band clipped to a cup/potter --> fill the potter with enough water to touch the bottom of the seed/fruitpit. Once it starts sprouting a little it's good for planting.

(2) Spud plant --> Keep baby potatoes in a small closed dry box till they sprout. Plant for lovely seasonal flowers.

(3) Create a cascading watering system where you just have to water the top-most plant (which requires the most water) and the excess trickles down to the plant that needs the least water.

(4) Some rubbery-leaved plants can be trimmed of excess leaves and the leaves re-sprout in a glass/vase of water.

Wet a paper towel, drop some seeds in it and fold it. Put it in a zip lock bag and tape it to a window that gets sun. In a few days they will sprout. This works very well.
