I need a release but I can't seem to bring it out, sad film don't do $h/t.
I've been feeling dprssed lately and been feeling really down to the point
I am looking into therapy but what other ways can I let my anger out or cry
Hey, I'm speaking from experience, join a gym, start punching a bag, it will feel great and burn some calories, get on a bike and start cycling, burn that anger away, use it to fuel your exercise. Play a computer game and just go crazy on it and let your anger out.
Whatever is going on in your life has a solution and anger is temporary, dont focus too much on it and live your life.
Work out and move your body so much that you get tired and feel sleepy. Then take a super cold shower and then take a nap in clean and nicely set bed.
Works well for me.

I've always been the person who never argues, never shouts, never gets really emotionally upset and it's just built up over time.
Nothings really wrong, I got family and friends who are supportive.
But my whole life though I've never had a romantic or really physical connection with any woman and I deal with anxiety too
