How do I let my anger out or cry?

I try screaming but it just feels fake and when I cry, only a few tears come out.

I need a release but I can't seem to bring it out, sad film don't do $h/t.

I've been feeling dprssed lately and been feeling really down to the point

I am looking into therapy but what other ways can I let my anger out or cry
