What's a good way to release anger, frustration and other feelings?

I have a hard time bringing my hidden feelings to the surface. Usually I can put a happy face on when Im feeling depressed but it's harder to do it these days.

Screaming doesn't help as I feel like when I do it that it feels fake. I can't seem to cry a river. The other form of stress/anger relief is ok but doesn't make me feel better.

I feel like smashing stuff and yelling at someone.
What's a good way to release anger, frustration and other feelings?
