I don't really ask myself questions. But I do wonder about things. For instance, I'm constantly wondering about health & nutrition. I'm prone to facial bloating so it's the main reason. And through all of my questions, I've discovered how to avoid facial bloating. Now I can basically predict how my body will respond to all foods.
