If I get the question right then... Yes, me, them, you, us, everyone reflecting upon the world for more than 1 second? Which would be ingrained to such an extent that it's not even noticeable anymore lol. I mean we're constantly forced to ignore partially (or even totally) these realizations, to repress or work with them, mentally, one way or another. Else it would be terribly difficult to function in a proper way.

You notice it, realize immediately it’s theirs and think, “I should give it back.” but they’re already a few steps ahead and you’re in a rush.
So you just keep walking.

once... on my way to high-school, I did notice a bit of cash at a bench, it was just there, lmao

it was early morning as well, so I did check around, it was just around the corner too, and people would wait at such bench for the bus and stuff... I did look everywhere and no soul was near at all, nobody showed up, nobody came back...



I waited around five minutes.. and my bus stop was still 10 streets away so, I grabbed the cash, counted it... and sorted it by denomination and all and put it back nicely... lmao
