Sure, you can look at it that way. But that's only if you're thinking of gay people as a group of people who have an interest in producing more gay people. If there were say, a decline in the number of gay kids over time... that is not going to scare gay people because they're worried about losing some sort of gay future.

Gay people just want to be treated like anyone else. They aren't concerned with "producing more gay people." They simply realize, that if people are produced, a certain percentage of them are going to be gay. That's just a fact.

So I think that it's fair to say that gay people rely on straight sex to produce more people... just like everyone else does. No gay person is trying to ensure the propagation of gay people. its just how sexuality is distributed. If there are people produced, gay people will be produced as a part of that process.

This was all growing during the whole pride movement and they were trying to bring all that stuff into buildings meant for education, I get gay people wanting to be normalized and even tho I don't agree it should be normalized, my issue isn't with their existence but their toxic movement to spread it like some plague, luckily this was all put to a stop when trump went into office, it was one of his first changes I believe if I'm not mistaken, same with sex change surgeries for people under 18

So do you think, that this is representative of the library books in any school? Do you think that this is actually a problem? I watched the first one to try and hear you out. That guy didn't even mention what book he was reading from. Other than that, he took issue with a gender identity book that said the doctor made a guess. And the rest was just vague complaints about "assault and battery" or "the graphic rape of a 10 year old"... Where? Certainly not in the gender identity book? This is not compelling. This is some moral panic shit. I'm not saying that there isn't a single book in any school library that ended up there when it ought not to have.

But... this is just some "gay agenda" kinda conspiracy stuff. It's not something that's a problem. I would like to see the contexts of the "graphic rape of a 10 year old" (and whether it was indeed inappropriately graphic for the age range or the students at that school GIVEN THE CONTEXT of the book.) Same with the "assault and battery"... I mean... that could just be a book about bullying).

This all strikes me as just some moral panic. I do know that there really isn't usually any reason people should be banning books. I do not believe that this is a problem that is having any sort of broad impact.., anywhere. I think we're just going to have to agree to disagree on this one. And that's fine.

I'm heterosexual, nowhere in my life I thought I'm going to "produce more heterosexual people", I thought I'm going to have a kid, a simple kid, without any premeditated traits or function.
