Do you think that gay people are born that way, or do they choose to be gay?

You're born that way. During the prime self-discovery phase, you're more likely to test the waters to see if you are gay, but there's only one way to actually find out. If you have a preference romantically and sexually with the same sex, then you are likely gay. If not, you may be straight. If you don't enjoy either, you may be aromantic/asexual. If you like both, you may be Bi, or under another category of sexuality.
It is the most fascinating thing about how our brains work. We are all so similar yet so different.
Cause baby your were born this way
No matter gay, straight, or biLesbian, transgender life🎵🎵
I believe you are born a homosexual.
Though, believe that environment can bring it out of you or if you are bisexual, you might lean towards the same gender once hit with a bad experience.
People need time to figure out who they are and what they want. Once they transition into adulthood, things become clear. Sexuality works the same.
The older I get and the more I see how our experiences shape our perception of reality… The more convinced I am that people are rarely actually born gay.
I’m sure there are people who were absolutely born gay… But I think most are probably led there by their personal experiences.
If we agree that God doesn't make mistakes, and humans are born into a sinful world, then it is only logical to conclude that human nature and society are the cause of homosexuality.
Yeah, but Imagine giving your homie head in a straight way

Hard to really say. Is it genetic? Is it something that happens in the womb? Is it something that happens after birth? A combination of all 3? Is it nuture vs nature? Is it related to chemicals in our food, water and air? Radiation from modern technology or nuclear testing?
If you are born gay then there's a good chance that homosexuality can be screened for in the future with genetic engineering, that goes for Trans too.
Like we still don't understand the differences between male homosexuality and female lesbianism. Like why are more women bisexual as compared to men.
I think they are born that way. I had a friend that I grew up with that told me he was gay when we were 20. I never suspected it. He even had a girlfriend.
I asked him of he could fight it and he said he had been fighting it all his life but this was what he was.
I desperately believe the human soul needs to be radically free. Getting off topic about being gay but it's all apart of the human condition.
https://youtu.be/G-kSu2QIxUs?si=O19EGAAUtwtyLXtUI'd be gay if I could choose. Nobody chooses to be attracted to men, some of us are just unfortunate enough to be wired that way.
LMFAO! Winner! 🏆🙌
I've never heard anyone say the chose to be straight. I was crushing on teenage girls when I was about 5, and kinky at 6 or 7.
Why does anyone even care who's scissoring or whos sucking who's cock or why? Vive la (innate) difference!
If 'gay' would be a natural option, then mankind would have been extinct before we could even think of making a wheel.
And our gut feeling still tells us that homo's aren't normal. Let's be honest
Completely normal in mammals. COMPLETELY
@andreasderjuengere the idea that homosexuality would lead to human extinction misunderstands both biology and social diversity. Same-sex attraction exists across many species in nature, including humans, and has throughout history. Human survival hasn't depended solely on everyone reproducing; societies have always had a range of roles, relationships, and contributions beyond just childbearing.
As for the “gut feeling” about what’s “normal,” it’s worth remembering that cultural norms evolve. What feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable to one generation can become widely accepted in another. Many things once considered “abnormal” — interracial marriage, left-handedness, women voting — are now recognized as completely normal and natural parts of life.
What matters most is treating others with respect and empathy, even if we don’t fully understand their experience.
Birds lay eggs. It's natural and it's common. I conclude - by your reasoning- that humans should lay eggs. Do y'all see your own logic?
I don’t think they are born with gay tendencies, some influence in their life makes them gay. That’s why I prefer women over men. But I have sex with both
I think that gay people are in fact born gay and that life influences play no part in sexual orientation. Although the expression of sexual orientation might be a different story. In many cultures, people are attracted to the same gender but repressant for fear of being discriminated against. This continues to be true in many parts of the United States.
there is only one thing i can be certain of. phase 1 of their life cycle they were as hetero as can be but the female sperms were definitely gay!
Other: I feel that they become that way based on experiences that they had during their lifetime, particularly in the early years.
Nobody chooses who they are attracted to. It's not possible. It's why JD Vance is so screwed up.
I am of the opinion that they find the same sex more attractive, but ultimately we all choose how we handle our urges. So both.
U have a few gay cousins. (There father was a bad egg with evil. sperm) one chose it the other 3l2 were doomed from birth.
Theyvall chose it. Nobody is born to evil. Thats whybit takes a marketing and propaganda campaign to create gays
Born that way
What is your opinion
Some are more predisposed to it than others.
True! The more boys a mom has the more likely the youngest will be gay.
The former.
It's a choice
