I haven't followed any of it so I don't know exactly what he is charged with.

Also, if there hasn't been a trial yet, how would the public know or have a strong sense of it being true or people lying against him to get him in trouble.

I've lived long enough to know people lie, they lie a lot.

No. No I wouldn’t defend him since I wouldn’t defend a criminal.

If I believe he isn’t innocent then yeah I wouldn’t testify in favor.

My father actually was in a very similar situation.

I supported him, at first. Once it was found out that he was guilty, well... let's just say I haven't seen, nor spoken to him in a long, long time.

He could be dead already, for all I know, and if not, then I won't be going to his funeral when he does. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't had a father for 20 years.
