Silver - but obviously the official name for it will be something far more pretentious than that (eg. my clearly bright blue car is officially "cerulean"). And it's a rendering, not a photograph, so the actual car won't look like that.

I would say turquoise blue. Or sky blue (on a slightly overcast day).
Keep in mind that colours vary greatly according to the light shining on the surface. That's especially true with metallic paint, incorporating finely ground metallic particles. It may also look completely different under street lights at night.
And some colours are very difficult to reproduce faithfully on a digital sensor, mostly purple. They can be very different to how our brain sees it.

It looks blue and purple and I even see grey/silver and white. So since I see multiple I will vote a mixture. It most definitely is according to the color wheel logic. It’s not a primary color so it’s a mixture lol. I just can’t say what for sure.

It seems like the shade in between purple and blue. As it shifts/blends.

I would suppose saying either: blue/purple/silver would all be acceptable answers for this situation.

It is a White car.
Even the darkest point on it is roughly in the #9090B0 region. So a very very slightly blue-tinted white.

  It objectively does not "lean purple". I opened the image in photo editing software to check. The blue value was marginally higher than the red and green values, which were basically equal (though green was slightly higher). So you'd have a very slight case for "blue", but never "purple". But they were close enough for it to fall within the "light grey" to "white" range.
  And... FYI, as far as colours are concerned, "Silver" is just gloss grey / white. Shiny white, and I've never seen a matte car.

Looks like a mix between lavender and pearly silver, or light grey to me.. I don't really see blue there, but I'm also super colorblind, so I'm probably wrong here
