Just got out of a really bad car accident and dont know how to deal with it. Somehow unscathed but the car is totalled. Can someone please talk to me?

Get in touch with your insurance, see what they’ll give you for the car. If the car is totaled and still in your possession, you might get away with selling it to a junkyard. It won’t be for a high sale but at least you’ll get something. After that, time to do some shopping.

Well, if you need emotional release then you can always cry and grieve the car itself. Otherwise, I would suggest therapy, nobody here is going to be able to really help you other than a pat on the back and a “that’s rough buddy”

Cars now days have crumple zones and air bags. The cars are totaled very easily, but lives are saved. You are here today because of some very good engineering. Their brilliant engineering has given you a second chance at life.
I want you to think about this…. If you died how would people remember you? Is it the way you would want? If not change your life. In the end all that’s left of us is the memories that others have of us. Personally I want those to be good memories.
