What did you do when you realized your mistake?

I once Googled a classmate for a potential group project at school and after misreading 2 letters, It lead to ads for child porn. I was going to go to the police station the next day to report the websites but got delayed with errands for 2 days and by the 3rd day, the illegal website titles no longer appeared in a Google search when I typed in the classmates wrongly spelled name and I had no evidence to show the police.

When I was younger and didn't have a phone only PC I would sometimes accidentally misspell YouTube and it would take me a to a porn website.

I don’t think that’s ever happened to me. It usually just says website not found when I make a spelling mistake.

It happened a couple times. When I realize that it wasn't what I was looking for i got out of it
