777 opinions shared on Other topic. Yes. Just around the end of October is when winter starts. And it the beginning of snow season. All the way to may. So you make a choice do you like it or not
The first couple times it snows. You get a little bit cold. But after that you get your winner gear out and your boots gloves and winter becomes just like any other day...
You stop getting cold and it's just like any other day.
Except for you have more clothes on LO. L
You get use to it pretty quick. And it's also fun times too. You can do a lot in the snow. And you can go to the mountains and go skiing. Thank you for your snow board. Or your cross country skis or your tubes are your sleds? Hot chocolate.\nAnd make a day of it Christmas time. You can go up into the mountains for wheeling. Could a Christmas tree and use the ice cold? Somebody using good stuck to them. Yes I like to snow10 Reply

I'm from Canada and my favourite season is winter.
I like sledding, winter camping, skating, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, snow-wheeling etc... I even enjoy driving in snow; drifting around round-a-bouts, pulling people out of drifts and ditches with the 4x4.
Not to mention I have 2 huskies and a samoyed who will happily stare daggers into my skull if it's snowing outside and I'm not actively getting their harnesses out.
Yes, you could say that I like snow. Give me a snow covered mountain over a sandy beach anytime. I've always said I love to have winter year round; lets all skip summer.
Although I would miss the bikinis but sacrifices must be made for the greater good.

3 moI just like snow when I want to go skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snow fights, etc.
I don't like living in a neighborhood that gets blanketed with snow, especially prone to blizzards.

Freshly fallen snow, yes. Even if it means that driving your car gets more difficult. I once had to dig out the car from under 3 feet of snow. It makes for nice walks in the woods, when the snow makes these light cracking noises under your feet.
I hate it when it turns into a grey muck after several days in the city, due to constant traffic and warmer temps.
I love it when there's a new layer on the ski slopes and temps are low. The worst is the end of the season, when it starts to melt and then turns into ice patches at night.

3 moSure who doesn’t? I mean ever since I was a little kid in the winter time it was always a fun time now as an adult it’s a rush rocketing down on my snowboard. So yeah it’s safe to say I not only do I like snow I love it. Like that old song goes “Let it snow let it snow let it snow.”

3 moI love snow and mountains and gravity. I'm an extreme skier. I climb mountains to jump off cliffs on skis. Mountains with chairlifts are fine too. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing are also fun. But snow aside, I'm a cold weather person in general.

3 moI grew up in Northeast US, where snow is a regular thing between November and March. We put up with it, and occasionally liked it, if it didn't snow too much. As a kid, it was nice when school closed... a day of fun playing in the snow.
I now live farther South where snow is a rare thing. I like seeing it but no one knows how to drive in it, so if and when it snows, I stay home.
20 Reply 4.6K opinions shared on Other topic. Snow is fun when you take a vacation to someplace where it snows, and you enjoy it for a few days or a week, and then you come home to nicer weather. It's a whole lot less fun when it's your reality 5 or 6 months (or more) a year, and you're constantly out shoveling snow, clearing off your roof, can't do anything outside (or fix anything outside), and when it finally starts to melt and you have 4-6 weeks of mud.
10 Reply519 opinions shared on Other topic. I do. I will miss it where I am now after living in Scandinavia for 11 years the winters were some of the most beautiful weather conditions you could imagine. Frozen lakes, blue cloudless skies and snow to ski or skate on (ice on lakes) were idyllic.
10 Reply19.1K opinions shared on Other topic. if we could only have snow in Miami, I would love to play in the snow and build a snowman and slide in it some nice cool weather instead of scorching hot heat all the time it gets so hot here that my cell phone heats up we really don’t get that many really cold months here
10 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Other topic. Actually no! I hate it after living in it for 13 years.

I feel that
Unfortunately, I don't live in a place where it snows. I only saw snow once about 20 years ago when I visited my aunt and uncle in Tennessee for Thanksgiving. It was beautiful. :)

3 moI love snow. High up on top of mountains so it can melt and fill up rivers and we can then pump it onto fields and grow produce. Thus filling our stomachs and our wallets.

3 moFormer MLB first baseman Jack Thomas "J. T." Snow, Jr., whose late father, Jack Snow, Sr., was an NFL wide receiver, was one of my favourite baseball players, as Snow Sr. was one of my most-liked NFLers in the 1960's.

3 moI used to. Back before covid a snow day meant an unexpected day off from work and school so the kids and adults could get together, sled, have fun, and party.
Now with remote school and work it's just another day, only colder.
