I'm not looking forward to winter at all. I live in Ontario and our winters are long and miserable. I don't do winter sports very often either, so there's literally no benefits. Just the fact that I freeze my ass off and die if I stay outside too long.

It's still the height of summer where I live in northern California. It was between 100° and 103° the last several days. But it's supposed to be in the mid 90s for the next week. Hot, dry, no rain in the forecast.

I'm looking forward to fall when the temps start getting much cooler and we get periodic rain showers.

In my case it is bring on spring. I bought 4 tomato seedlings yesterday to plant tonight but not that much stock in yet. More of a hopeful gesture on my part.

Getting some nice days around 20 Celsius which gives me hope of an early spring.

I remember in 2022, I got in my car on the second week of December and my car thermometer said 95. That was when I decided that I need to move away as soon as I can. My area is a fantastic vacation spot but man does the heat get old really quickly.
