Quit while you're still young. Nasty habit that is incredibly difficult to quit and costs a fortune over time and impacts your health. There's no good brand. I know people who've had heart attacks, plural, who have not been able to quit and have been smoking since your age.

Do yourself a favor and get the free quitting packages and stop while you're young and healthy.
