An emotional roller coaster and a constant pursuit of happiness. Life is both a blessing and a curse. We're blessed to be able to experience things... love, beauty and scenery, good food, good sex, connecting with loved ones, etc. And yet we're all bound to grow old and experience the pain of loss. The loss of our loved ones, seeing them grow old and die of illness and accumulate injuries that only worsen with time. And the loss of our own health and and physical appearance and abilities, until we become frail and eventually die. Some people face a lot of tragedy in their lives which accelerate that process.

We're all just here struggling to be a little happier each day to make our lives worthwhile, so when we inevitably die, we do so without regrets. And the sad truth is... most people have regrets when they die.
