We all know that 2026 is an even-numbered year, but is it a leap year?

How quick is quick? I already knew it wasn't a leap year. But without knowing, it's not like the math takes more than a split second.

I suppose it helps having a son with a Feb 28 birthday. There's always been a part of me that thinks it would have been cool if he had a Feb 29 birthday.

Not to mention that it's not a presidential election year.

Every fourth year, excluding any year divisible by 100, bit not excluding years divisible by 400. 2100, 2200, 2300 will not be leap years, but 2400 will be a leap year.

The main thing to remember is to raise your left leg ar midnight.

That way you start the new year on the right foot.

Yes, 2100 will be an exception too but 00 isn't exactly divisible by 4

The first of each century where the year is divisible by 4 is an exception, so 2100, 2200, 2300 are not. There is supposed to be an exception for years divisible by 400 so 2400 should be one. 2000 was like some weird double exception

Leap Years are divisible by four, which 2026 is not. Twenty-twenty-eight will be the next Leap Year.(I turn 75 July 6,2028.)
