Yes, I think they are secret aircraft. Possibly with nuclear fusion based propulsion like this thing : https://www.lockheedmartin.com/en-us/products/compact-fusion.html

Officially that's not ready for production yet of course, secretly they are probably definitely doing test flights with more advanced versions than they publicly show.
