Am I crazy for wanting to communicate?

My partner and I loved ghost adventures and Zak bagans, we watched all the time. She passed away suddenly and I try spirit boxes, sls, emf detector and different equipment to communicate with the other side. I used to get a lot of stuff happen to me without trying but now I get nothing and it's making me so sad. Am I crazy?

On some level, immortality is a very common belief, that's not crazy to me, more like... an impulse? An impulse to undo death. To undo what you lost. The existence of pain, this existential and emotional pain we have to endure in living, that is madness to me, that talks about how mad the great architect are, assuming they're alive of course.

Not everything can be explained. Sometimes you see more in things that happen that is behind. So you are not crazy just deep grieving.

Assuming any of this would work would also mean there is another side after life. Personally, I don’t believe that, so this would be crazy to me.

You’re not crazy at all, you’re grieving and trying to hold onto her in the way you two connected most. That’s love, not madness.

But be gentle with yourself. When grief is heavy, we often chase signs so hard that we miss the subtle ones. Sometimes “nothing” is just your heart needing healing, not her absence.

Keep your memories, your rituals, your little ghost adventures tribute, but don’t let your entire happiness depend on getting a response. She doesn’t need EMF to know you love her.
