First, I’d make sure the information is real and not panic driven.

If it is real, I’d focus on what I can actually control , safety, loved ones, staying calm.

In situations like that, panic doesn’t add value. Presence does.

And honestly, when something is bigger than you, all you can do is respond with clarity and intention.

Fear is natural. Chaos is optional.
