Mine for once won't be boring. I'm heading to Charleston to see a friend.

Charleston is my favorite city to visit. It is the best of the Old South, always fun, and only about a four hour drive for me.

Friday night, my wife and I enjoyed a quite night at home which included "us time." Yesterday, I planted citrus trees in our back yard then took my wife out to dinner with my brother and sister-in-law. Today, I am skipping church (actually watching the stream from home) because yesterday's activities have caught up with me today. I will probably go to my office for a few hours this afternoon.

Picked up some new hobby gear, so I will be hobbying quite a bit. Cooking food for lunches this week etc. Nonstop party at Spartan's castle.
I used to live about four hours from Charleston and always enjoyed going there for a weekend. The architecture, the old south vibe, the history, all made it truly special for me. Enjoy visiting your friend!

The lawn and gardens could use some TLC.

Nothing. I just had a long weekend, so I'm chilling at home. Nice. I was curious if you're familiar with Charleston. Cheap food and accomidations in Old Town and if it's even worth visiting.
I almost went, but the restaurants and tours are so fucking expensive. $40 to see a small fort.

Nothing exciting, I work on Saturdays! My son has some activities on Sunday, yard work, trip to BJ's, pump all the water of my pool cover that finally unfroze, take the dog to the Vet on Monday!
