What would you say is the most likely reason you would not respond to a dm or text to someone you have been talking to?

Just curious what most peoples reasons might be for not responding to a message. Lets say you have talked with them before so they aren’t complete strangers.

I likely just didn’t see it yet and/or just didn’t get the notification/text

I saw it but didn’t know how to respond

They said something that made me uncomfortable or i didn’t like

I just forgot about it

I felt the conversation was done and thus no reply was needed

Depends on when it is, if I'm in a meeting or class, I don't even look at until I'm free. Then I decide whether or not the text needs a response.
