Why do waitress keep interrupting my family?

They have a job to do which is to say they need to take care of their customers. If this bothers you and your family then I suggest dining at home. People that work in the service industry are trained to be attentive to their customers. If you consider their jobs disruptive then do not dine out because you will find this problem everywhere you go. These people work for tips mainly. You and your family seem unappreciative of their attentiveness. There is a good way to fix this which is to dine at home which gives you complete control over interruptions. Ypu will only be annoyed by your own family rhis way and not someone that is trying to do their jobs. Given your anonymity to ask this I am assuming that you would be more comfortable away from crowds and other people.

Because it’s their job to make sure you’re all taken care of. That means coming to check on you because even though your drinks and plates might not be empty, that doesn’t mean you don’t want something

Their job is to take care of you while you are at their establishment they have to come to the table and see how everything is and if you need anything.

Kind of seems like your making a fuss about nothing.
