Of which year XD?

Had a flu, I stopped smoking 4 four weeks then I can completely stop and never start again. I dis not drunk alcohol also so I will drink less in the future. Maybe none on occasions. Maybe a little bit. But less than before.

  Yes I did. I started working out again in October and usually my consistency with it slowly fizzles out. My new years resolution was to keep at it and I have🤞
