Because if we’re being honest, some feelings never fully translate into words the way they exist inside us.
Maybe that’s why genuine understanding feels so powerful, not because it fixes everything, but because for a moment, it makes the distance between someone’s inner world and the outside world feel smaller.
And it also makes me wonder, what kind of understanding are people actually searching for from others?
And when people feel repeatedly misunderstood, is it because of the way they carry themselves, communicate, process emotions internally, or simply because human beings are far more complex inside than what they are able to express outwardly?
