I would just pull him out of the car and take over it. And then call the police to have him taken in so he won't steal somebody else’s car. I would then check for scratches and how many miles has been put on the car

But of course, I’ll probably would have to watch him very closely and if necessary pound on him because nowadays most people carry guns. They don’t really have fist fights anymore. That’s a shame.
