Do you remember the last vivid dream you had while you were asleep and what did you dream about?

mine was three days ago. A good dream. I dreamnt about my close girl friend picking me up, in her car, and her two gandkids were in the back. Her car was green. there were other things going on, when we wern't in her car. In the dream, there was lots of green.

I often dream about swimming pools, vacation resorts, malls / public transit and work, but also occationally about a school or me being able to fly.
I think in the last one it was a vacation resort again, I was messing with the TV channels and had managed to reset the TV mode to a different one for old analog TV signals which were obviously no longer in use. Unfortunately the TV had a password protection so I couldn't change it back, whoops.

But it doesn't stop there, here's an exceptionally vivid one from years ago that I still remember. It started in a hotel room, that part isn't very vivid in my mind so ill skip that one, I went downstairs and they didn't have internet anymore. Turns out their satellite receiver was glitched and it needed a simple reboot. I did it for them, it had an old school LCD display similar to how old car radio's looked with sattelite positions on it. The thing rebooted and their internet worked again, time for me to leave as we were going to grab a train.

I walk outside the building, its a busy outdoor plaza with tall buildings. We walk into a tunnel with marble like flooring. Ahead of me is an escalator but its exit only, the entrance is to the left of me a little back you basically turn 180 to go down that one. It leads to a room below the tunnel where a ton of shops are. Of course each shop has its own appropriate signs and billboards but I didn't pay attention to them so I don't remember them. At the end of this hall is the main transit room with a ton of chairs you can wait at. It had a local community there of commuters who hang around there.

My dad was with me in that dream and he proceeds to buy tickets, the machines are in norwegian writing on their stickers. Once we have a ticket we present it near a small glass gate. Ahead of me is what looks like a maze of small glass panes, but its not quite a maze they are straight forward and have doors in them. We can our ticket, they light up the route we have to walk as the small doors open when neccesary. This glass wall is only up to my knee hight, they aren't tall just meant to make you walk a streamlined route. They guide us out the room to an art exhibit, they basically structured this like theme parks do. Its a line to go up to the train platforms and occasionally you hit a fun room to look at something while you wait. Thankfully the wait for us isn't long we can basically continue walking, at the very end is another escalator back up to the platforms this time roughly the same level as the entrance was. They seem to be dosing this so that trains are never full and you are always at the correct platform on time for your ticket.

At the platform there's a few trains to pick from, each one has a sponsor and the sponsored cart is apparently why you'd wanna pick that train to begin with. They are awesome. Most carts of the train are still normal carts of course, but you can pick between a few trains on a busy route if your lucky like we are. There was a choice of like a gaming train with a gaming cart with a brand new game you can play multiplayer on the train, another was a rave train where you all party to a local radio station, etc. Very cool concept to sponsor trains like that and make it both fun and memorable for the passengers, the trains a unique fun journey and the railway company gets some sponsorship money out of it.

Unfortunately before we boarded we woke up. Architecturally and mechanically this entire building made sense. The swimming pools usually do as well, and if there's things like slides that can go back up its usually explained with things like conveyer belts, water jets pushing you back up, etc. And mall dreams always have actual billboards, menu's to read on what you can order, advertisements, etc. One train station dream even had a cart pass by me with the actual food labels on the food with whats in them and what store brand it was.

There are two dreams that I remember after waking. In one I'm trying to catch a plane but I don't have all my things together. In the other I'm at a ski resort but there's very little snow.

God i had the most vivid dream last night. It was some apocalyptic thing, I was with a bunch of people and we were going house to house collecting supplies trying to avoid these weird possessed people.
We watched them drop dogs off outside people's houses , they were alive but exhausted. It was like we could blend in with these people for the most part if we didn't draw attention. Then we were at some house and I was trying to find a bag and saw one of them coming towards the house with the head of a dog 😭 he smiled dropped the head and counted to 13.

My alarm woke me up 😢

Yes, from a couple of nights ago. It was me and the man I'm currently interested in. Much like in real life, we were in deep conversation and having some laughs. It was nice. :)

Yeah. Some guy attacked me. I was in the process of choking him to death when someone told me he was a cop. So i got up and left and told everyone to leave me alone. When he woke up, he and his minions chased me. I had to f*ck a couple of them up really bad before they backed off. Next thing i knew, we were all pals and i was telling the guy i almost killed to have a good day at work. 😂😂😂

This is crazy but most of the time the last person I talked to before bed I dream or have a dream about them

Well i don't remember my last vivid dream but i might have one as much as i have looked at this bug or scorpion or whatever you call it as much as i have looked at it 🤣🤣

There are books that can help you learn lucid dreaming. You’re far more likely to remember lucid dreams. Plus, you can manipulate your dreams when you’re lucid.
And, yes, jotting down a few key notes as soon as you wake will help you store the memory. Especially if you contemplate the dream thereafter. When i was younger, i actually picked up a dream where i left off previously. I did that a couple of times, but it’s not easy.
