Can a plain girl be considered sexy?

There are so many questions on G@G about what "sexy" means. I think I've asked about it as well. But I'd like to know if a plain/natural girl (no makeup, no plastics, no frills) be considered sexy? Why/Why not?

Yes. My wife is far from plain in the looks category, but, I find her most sexy when she is wearing her comfy sweats, hair in a messy bun, glasses, and no makeup. I can't get enough of that. To me, a woman is at her most beautiful when she is comfortable.

plain means someone with a very average looking face. for them to be sexy, they either need a hot body and to be showing it off or to use makeup & all to make their facial attractiveness go up to vaguely cute at minimum. Most women are plain, but look somewhat fuckable with a little touch up.

That sexy is how you are precieved not a physical standard, even tho many can agree on a physical standard being sexy, you can be sexy to someone that finds a completely different physical standard sexy, sexy isn't bound to a physical appearance but to how someone sees you, physically and emotionally, by definition the word sexy actually means to be sexually attractive, appealing or exciting, I'm certain you have been sexy and til today still can be, it's not a look, it's a way you are seen by someone else technically.

I'm just uncertain what it is that is generating that thought when a woman is no-frills.

I mean, when I see a woman who is VERY curvy and VERY fit (with good posture etc), then ok, no one can deny that's pretty sexy. And I can see that the posture itself comes from confidence rather than just being fit...

But for an average gal... I don't know what the guys are seeing.

Well perception is different for everyone, some people just like plain and average, some people might be looking for plain and have no interest in big curves and a dolled up face etc, for some people the best is plain, it's how their eyes and mind precieve it. Same with someones personality, there's many ways to be sexy I suppose.

I don't know if it's a physical thing, actually. I think if you're confident in the way you look you'll comport yourself as a beautiful (or handsome) person. But I'd like to know what makes someone's head turn over a plain girl.
