How do you even get rid of a pressure headache?

I have crazy allergies I don't even know what causes it but It clogs my nose to the point it's just stuffed but not runny, so I do that nasal inhale pressure to the brain shit where you try to inhale through the clog that causes pressure and doing it enough gives you a headache, now I don't know how to get rid of the headache 😂

I learned to use a plant call shiso.
the purple leaves from my garden… I boiled the water for my family… this spring.. we all got better… very minor allergies/colds

Unfortunately I don't think my allergies will cure the same way considering one of my main allergies is pollen, but it seems you've made a good choice if you were to compare it to New York lol

Same with me… it started 2005… it was only two weeks… then it got worse each year till it lasted from beginning till end of May… was so awful that I refused to go anywhere and kinda living in a bubble for two months. Non stop sneezing, coughing, eyes tearing… I tried all kinds of stuff it was not working.
Till last summer I made the fresh purple shiso water with a squeeze of lemon…. Didn’t know such effect till this past spring. All my hubby, my self and daughter got better. My son didn’t want to drink it so he was suffering more this spring. I credited to the purple color from the leaves that helped.

I am planning to move here once I retired. This place is too beautiful to not stay for a few years.

It's a come and go thing, it's just allergies, I never really do anything and it ends up going away and coming back, going away and coming back, suffering would be if it never went away lol

And as for yunnan what makes it better than Japan 👀

The weather is beautiful all yr round. The people are nice, friendly. They feel that they have hope. Japanese people are extremely reserved. They do not like to engage. They do not feel hapoy…

My friend taught English in Joann, she said they sent her far from the city area … so she was kinda isolated. She is Brazilian and learned Japanese… but she wasn’t happy being 2 hrs away from the city.
So do your research … there are a lot of opportunities.

Both countries are very safe.

Yes allergies are only from 2 weeks to almost 2 months… but I didn’t like the suffering and not able to go out and feel like I need to wear a fish bowl to go out… and yes I didn’t know what to do…
Now that I found a “solution” I share with you.
I will drink it again when I. Get back to the US.

Google says a warm compress and over the counter pain reliever. I would say ibuprofen not Tylenol.

Sinex nasal spray if you want to go to the store or have someone else go to the store for you.

Every October my eyes start getting really itchy and it lasts for like four months and drives me crazy. I think it’s the pollen outside or the plants something in the air. I don’t know what to do. I need professional help from a professional doctor and you should go to a doctor too because why should we sit there and suffer through this kind of stuff. When it happens, I always think no big deal. It will go away. But it hangs around for four months.
