Should I be worried after an indoor gokart crash with helmet off?

I am a beginner who went indoor gokarting today. It was around 2pm when i drove. But i drove a bit fast and crashed into a curve, my helmet and the seat flew away. I felt an immense pressure in my head and body. It has been 8 hours and im feeling normal like no unusual symptoms but yet im freaking out so much and can't sleep. Its night. Anyone help pls?

Okay update, i went to the doctor and she really was not a help she just touched my neck and said just a few muscle soreness but as long as you didn't hit your head you're fine. Just dont do that again.. and thats it. I still dont feel safe enough. I Googled it and talked with chat gpt the whole time and he says its not enough and i feel like im gonna go insane and lose my mind

Just monitor your situation you should be fine , concussion is serious , but just take it easy , most people can suffer numerous concussions and be fine , every week would not be good.

Practise your driving for next time , and be careful with helmet fitting that should not have come off.

Yea thank you. I feel okay till now, just some soreness and bruises but otherwise im fine

Yes I did not get hid somewhere with my head but my body was shaken my the hit. My parents had it on camera too 🥲

Well i did not have any of these yet (i can not see my bones tho so I dont know if my bones are fine but im feeling okay i guess) but i still convinced my parents to go to a doctor for a checkup

Get a second opinion. Go to a hospital to get a cat scan. (I think that’s what it’s call)
You are young… (you may “recover” soon like nothing… but things may not show up till around50. (Head, neck).
That’s what happens to my hubby and brother in law.
They had different injuries at a young age and didn’t do anything because they recovered… now they are always in pain.

Yea i will try, but what worries me the most is a concussion im stressed the whole time about it

Work on not being stressful.
Stress is a number 2 killer… it can cause other internal issues…
Maintain good health while you are still young.
