There are certain things like DNA, looks, your passport, birth certificate, nationality certificate.
Awards and pictures of getting those award (they aren't law binding but good supporting documents)
Anything with your name and pictures made by government is a something they have to take as proof.

Also get into a small car incident like speeding or honking in silence zone. That will give you a real law abiding document with your face and fingers printed with list of documents like your driving licence.
Which you can use to prove who you are.

Go to the places that you think she did it at see if there's cameras see if there's signatures all retail stores have cameras by the cash registers you're just going to have to be patient and try everything you can think of

Why do you think your identity was stolen and why do you think your roommate or housemate did it? Do you have evidence? Did you see or hear something?
