I caught my roommate spying on me in my room, do I kick him out?

I am 26 years old and I have a 23-year-old male roommate, it's always nice to have a roommate to help me pay for my house payment. I came home from work on Monday and noticed a small section of my window blinds in my room was broken off and laying on the ground( about a 4inch piece) . I didn't think much of it I figured that my dog probably did it, a few days pass and I kind of forgot about it until last night. Last night I got off work late I came inside went in my room and about that time I heard my roommate walk out the front door and didn't think much of it. I went into my room got a shower and then laid on my bed in my towel for a little bit then I took my towel off and put lotion on my body. I was feeling in the mood after a long day at work when I was done putting lotion on I kind of just laid-back and started enjoying myself with a new toy that I bought. I was laying naked on the bed with the lamp on next to my bed and the TV on. I used my toy for probably 45 minutes and then finished myself off. When I was done I just laid there for a few minutes and I heard a noise outside my window. I quickly turn the lamp off looked out the blinds and I saw my roommate walking away from my window. My bed lays right next to the window and I had forgotten all about the broken blinds, the missing piece of blind was the perfect height for someone to look in standing outside my window. I then realized my roommate had been watching me walk around my room naked after my shower and watching me pleasuring myself.

There is nothing on that side of the house that he would need to go over therefore there's no fence no garbage cans or anything no reason why he would be over there other than to watch me. I then started thinking maybe he broke my blinds so he could watch me and it wasn't my dog.

I quickly got dressed went out to living room and he came back inside the house about five minutes later. I asked him what he had been doing and he said he was just outside smoking and talking on his phone. I told him I saw him standing outside my window and his face turned bright red and he started acting all nervous he told me he went over there because he was trying to find a better cell phone reception. I asked him if he was spying on me and he said "what no" you could tell he was so nervous because his voice was shaking. At that point I knew he had to of been watching me.

Is this enough proof to justify kicking him out of my house? Do you think that he was spying on me? To me it sounds like the evidence is all there. I really can't afford to kick him out but I sure don't need a peeping Tom living with me. What should I do?
