Sensations to me are physical feelings. Something that touches my skin in a certain way.

A feeling to me has more to do with my senses.

Like a gut feeling.

A good feeling about someone or something

I'm feeling sick 🤢

I think of feelings as emotional and sensations as physical…. but sometimes they blend together.

Like when happiness gives you butterflies, anxiety makes your chest feel tight, or sadness feels physically heavy.

Sensation is a Nerve Detection of a Physical object or motion.. mostly from Peripheral Nervous system.

Feeling is not originated from physical Stimuli, but from Psychological source, mostly from Central Nervous system, Including Cardiac Nervous system.

Basically Sensation are Skin shallow and feeling is Organs Deep

Feeling = Non physical emotional response.

Sensation = Well, a physical response to a sensory stimulus. We have 5 of them. Touch, sight, sound, taste, hearing. Not counting the stuff the magic crystal crowd believes in.
