The first thing I notice is that the woman is dressed rather elegantly for an ordinary office environment, particularly with the high heels and burgundy velvet dress.

But the more unusual feature is that she appears to be sitting on top of a filing cabinet or desk pedestal rather than in a chair, with her legs crossed and extended into the aisle.
