The torso is the trunk or the part of the human body that doesn't include the head, arms or legs. An example of the torso is the shoulders down to the hips of a person.

Basically from waist to top of the shoulders to include the back is the torso or trunk of the body. Looking at the distance from her breast to the shoulders she's got huge sagging breasts.. and she is probably tall because she has long long torso... I mean you don't even see her waist in the picture, and her breaststroke are over foot below the shoulders.. so she has a long waist and upper torso.
