Have you visited the Appalachian Mountains or do you plan to go?

[Kassandra1994]

[front2back]

Grew up in the foothills, have been many times to the Blue Ridge and Great Smokey mountains, beautiful area, would live there if I had the money.

[Kassandra1994]

Dude is it truth about the spoikt legends the locals have been telling for years or is it just made up stories?

[front2back]

Some of them are real, you really do not want to go out alone in the mountains

[Kassandra1994]

I had plans of going this December thank you for letting me know. 👍

[Jackblue]

I grew up there, though my town was wealthier than Appalachia is in general.

[lilBigPotato]

I haven't been to North America yet and won't change anytime soon.

[JazzieJanna]

Never had but would like to go maybe

[Kassandra1994]

Girl yes treat yourself ❤️

[Iron_Man]

Is there a special reason why going to those mountains? Of all the mountains? Does this have something to do with witches

[queenofcardio]

I’ve hiked in the Appalachian Mountains in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia since they run through Canada, but I haven't hiked on the actual Appalachian Trail in Maine.

It's beautiful.

[sage2021]

Yes I have. Went camping in them. Of course a thunderstorm came through our camp and got everything wet. 😐

[Agape93]

A few times. I don't live far from one end of em, passed through a few times, and spent time in one of the hollers in west Virginia

[Agape93]

@LordOfThePines yo you've been summoned

[Nikki1989]

Been there, done that.

[Kassandra1994]

[queenofcardio]

Lol did you forget 😱

[NathanDavis]

@queenofcardio about? lmao...

[NathanDavis]

you don't need to swim... just float, lmao

[queenofcardio]

[queenofcardio]

Unfortunately I become too paranoid. I will only kayak in shallow waters

[NathanDavis]

@queenofcardio ROSE!!!

[NathanDavis]

can't blame you on that one... I know I've been caught in rip currents before, rivers got them too!!

[queenofcardio]

Never let go

[queenofcardio]

Kayaks can be hard to keep afloat. I kinda feel more steady in canoes

[NathanDavis]

I'm game... I'm ready
