First panel, number two: “shift” is a more accurate description of what can happen. “Move” would be a grand overstatement.
Number three: Isn’t entirely true. We don’t process time the same in dreams, but you can read, including clocks, if you’re capable of lucid dreaming.
Number four: i don’t know for certain about psychopaths, but this is true of sociopaths. Psychopaths don’t have a meaningful need to assimilate. So they might say “blue” if prompted just because they don’t have a natural response. Meanwhile, blue is the most common favorite color. Sociopaths will select blue as it’s more likely to allow them to assimilate. Many sociopaths seem “boring” to those closest to them because their alter ego is designed to let them go unnoticed. This is also thought to be the reason we so often read or hear “It’s always the quiet ones” and similar platitudes.
Number five: this is wholly untrue. Your birthday and death day are still 24 hours. Just because you don’t experience all of them, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t twenty-four hours in those days.
If you like number seven, you should read “Being Wrong” by Kathryn Schulz. Actually, in my opinion, everyone should read that book at least twice.
The “you can’t read or tell time in a dream” made me think its BS.
But now that I think back to all the dreams I remember….
I don’t think I saw the time anywhere or read letters, papers, magazines, signs, etc.
Weird.
Me either.
@nodecision Like, I had a dream of surprise quizzes, I had to get paperwork filed like homework, job related stuff, etc. Not one memory as to what the reading material looked like.
I do remember songs that played, specific ones in background of dreams. Whether or not the dream was in color or black and white. If some of the details were off and how they were off.
Not one about reading, very cool of a fact and thank you for sharing.
So, my sleep paralysis demon was just a dream therapist just telling me to be aware of any possible entry points that a person could invade my bedroom. That would've been nice to know ten years ago when I think my mind flipped balls.
You are supposed to have sleep paralysis so you don't act out your dreams in your sleep.
Well, number four of the scary facts is true. I have mental problems (though I’m not a psychopath) and my favorite colors are blue and purple. I’m really curious how they gathered the data for number six, though.
Me too. 🤔
Lol
I sure can both, read... and tell the time, in my dreams
I never have. We aren't talking daydreams here.
The day starts when you're born. So a person born at 3am and dies at 3am experiences both.
And... what's wrong with the color blue?
What? You never heard this song?

Is that supposed to make me emotional?
I don't know. Have you the ability to become emotional?
😂😂😂😂... no
There’s nothing wrong with the color, per se. The fact that it is the most common favorite color in the world is likely the reason sociopaths will choose it, to blend in with other “normal” people.
Psychopaths, i’m not so sure about. A true psychopath has no meaningful need to assimilate.
I agreed Real Life Facts
Number one and Number four
Those were good but I like the 8 sentences ones the best.
I like blue... maybe not blue it's turquoise.
Whoever wrote the second 'Real life facts' on brown background needs some serious therapy.
Wait my favorite color is blue
