well after a shot or two ill be tipsy.

the most I've ever had was 12 shots of whiskey, and I wound up being out lol

i really hate vodka but I can do shots of it. you should try a vodka hotsauce shot. just a regular shot of vodka, and put a small amount of hot sauce in it. its really good

i prefer whiskey though, and I prefer to sip it and not take shots

In Croatia we drink very much (Slavic genes like Russians) so in avarage 10-12 shots. And consider that I am 18 years old. And favorite shot is "Medica" little stronger than vodka and it is fermented with honey, so it is like pure vodka with nice flavour of honey. (Some hard sh*t I tell ya)

Well, it all depends. If I drink on an empty stomach (or don't eat very much) then 3 shots and then I will be tipsy.

If I eat normally then to feel the effects of liquor I'd probably have to have 5 or more shots.

Since I'm assuming it's your first time drinking, and I don't know how tall or short you are, that actually makes a difference, I'd start out slow, I've seen people hit the deck after two, and others who seem to be invulnerable to getting drunk

Last time a drank for me to get drunk was one shot of Captain Morgan's, one shot of Everclear, and a jager bomb.

Caution of Everclear depending where you live you can buy it in 190 proof (95% alc by vol.) or 151 (75% alc by vol.). When I have had a shot of 190 proof it burned the back of my throat and stayed that way for a while, would suggest a chaser after taking the shot, also it will get you drunk fast.
