You need to get your look down and your confidence up. Think of woman as humans. Their not aliens that will eat your face if they don't like you ha ha they are just human, no more, no less. If they reject you, MOVE TO THE NEXT ONE.

Think about this, what in the world will change if she rejects you? Will mice decide to envade the world? Will there be a series of natual disasters that will end the world? NO! lol nothing will change.

If she says yes however, then you will have a date and potential girlfriend.

Get in the right mind state and no girl will be hard to approach.

I'm not really sure. I feel this way too and I hate it. I tell myself that the next time I see a girl I'm gonna go talk to her, but when that time comes I just tell myself that I'll do it another day. I have noticed that alcohol and weed do help me with talking to people out in public. I stopped smoking and drinking so that's not really something I can do now.
