Is it illegal for a girl to walk into a mens room.

It was at college today. One of my classes is a huge class and it is long. About an hour and 45 minutes. Well after the class alt of us had to use the restroom. The men's and the women's were both full. Well the most shocking thing happened. When I was in the men's room and it was my turn to use one of the urinals the urinal. I walk up to it, unzip, and start using it. Just as I started. Girls from my class start spilling in. I and many of the other guys, I could tell, were embarrassed. We found out that it was because they said the women's line was too long and they didn't want to wait. It wasn't just the fact that it is embarrassing to be peeing out in the open with our backs to them. But the sinks are right next to the urinals, and there is no divider and no privacy. And yes the girls were washing their hands, fixing their hair, etc. in the mirror while me and a few other boys had our d***s out for them to see. I'm pretty sure I could tell they were glancing. Is this legal. The other way around, a man would be arrested.

i was at my college and I had to go bad, and the janitor was taking forever and I had class across campus so I knocked on the guys and no one was inside lol I went in to use it and a guy walked in. I came out he looked over than took a 2nd look real fast so I said sorry washed my hands then left hahaha he was so scared lol he actually jumped and didn't know what to do lol aw poor guy

in the mc donalds near that same college men use the women's when needed but its only one stall so I guess it wouldn't count

It's probably illegal, but it doesn't stop me from doing it when the women's (single) restroom is full and the bathroom is lockable. I would never do that if it had more than one toilet and weren't lockable.

That said, it's a compromise because guys' bathrooms are gross!

I don't know if that is illegal, but as others have mentioned, it could go under sexual harassment. If not, then the college would have rules about it.

I personally don't mind this but I can really see the double standard. I see it happen at bars a lot when girls lines are huge and it is always a shock to me and for a split second I feel vulnerable since I'm caught staring with my d*** in my hand, literally. But if it is between a moment of awkwardness and some poor girl peeing herself in her mini-dress then I don't mind it. On principle though usually they should stay the hell out. I think it is one of those things guys just never bring up because they are scared of judgement from morons, to quote Bill Burr "You don't like girls being in the guy's bathroom? What are you a faagggg?"

Next time report the girls to the police for sexual harassment. Girls need to stop pretending like they can have it both ways. They have ZERO business in there, as you're absolutely right that any man in the woman's room would be called a rapist. Take pictures on your cell phone next time and call campus police ASAP. Get as many pictures/video as you can.

i totally agree with what he said! yes, I'm a girl, but I would never just waltz right into the guys bathroom. if I had to go that badly I would try to find another one, or talk to the guys that are there and ask if they minded if I popped in to use it real quick if I promised not to look and to be really quick, or something, idk. I've accidentally walked into guys bathrooms before and as soon as I realized it I left because I was so embarassed that I did, other than that its just rude

Bottom line, take pictures and call the police. I'm not kidding. Men have to wait in line to if our bathroom is full. Call the cops and report the trespassers. Until entitled girls get the message, men will need to continue to do this. I sincerely hope that if these girls start invading again, you'll take me up on the advice and do it.

I have gone in the men's restroom several times when the line was too long for the women's restroom. I guess it wasn't a big deal with many guys peeing as everyone knows what a guy has and at least to me it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't be upset if a guy (s) walked in the women's restroom under the same circumstances. In college we had a large coed restroom on the hall and both sexes took showers and got ready for classes in the morning. I don't think anyone paid attention to other people as everyone was usually in a rush to get ready.

I say if it's not illegal it's definitely sexual harassment. I'm glad I use the bathroom stall even if I only have to pee.

I think the term is double standard. when one gender is "aloud" to do something when the other gender isn't, even though the result/effect is the same no matter who's doing it or is having it done to them.

I dont think it's illegal for a man to walk into a ladies room it would be weird I have to say, i've done that accidently and a few ladies looked at me weirdly & I quickly turned around and walked out again. It's never happened since.

I work at a daycare, and it's all women. The bathrooms are also single stalls. So we all use the men's room and the women's room, because why wouldn't we. I wouldn't go into a multi-stall men's bathroom though. I would be uncomfortable there, because I'm not supposed to be there.

ive had it happen at a few bars & clubs which never bothered me & I just let them see it. when I lived in a dorm the guys floor was cleaner than the girls so a few would use the guys bathrooms...it was awkward when I was taking a sh*t and that happened.
