I think it is good to take things slow, however make sure he ain't using you for sex or masking his true intentions. slow is nice...You sound like you are becoming wound up by this. If you don't like the pace, tell him. Or, find someone else. Slow is nice when it is about staying innocent through

the process, like when people protect their virtue. Or when people want to bring out the best in each other. Not when it is used to put someone on layaway. Ask yourself if you like the way things are going. And try and bring the very best out of each other. Believe in yourself and take a stand, see how he reacts. Either way, you won't be wasting time.

I'd do the same thing if I wanted it to last. Some girls have a tendency or dropping the "things are moving to fast" bomb even though us guys believe our pace is perfect. So, to be safe, we tone things down a bit.
