That definitely does not look like herpes, first of all. Herpes are little fluid-filled blister-looking things (called vesicles) that both hurt and itch. No vesicles, no herpes.
I can't tell from the picture but from where the spots are I'd say ringworm is a possibility- especially if you have a dog or a cat that you hold in your lap. But you say it doesn't itch, and ringworm usually does. It can spread, though... how fast is it spreading, and is it staying in that area or has it spread to other parts of your body?
From the little I *can* see in the picture, I'd say those look like macules. A macule is a flat area (if you close your eyes and run your finger over it, you won't feel any difference from the rest of your skin at all) that is a different color than the rest of you and is less than a centimeter in diameter. Have you been tanning or just been exposed to the sun or UV light? That can be a cause. But yeah, you may have to go have that looked at. It does not look infected, though, so that's good. And it's NOT herpes, so that's GREAT.

I am not sure. I think you need to have them checked out by the dermotiolist.
how long have they been there...?
have you changed a skin/shower product? or what you wash your clothes in?
i'm thinking a little visit to the docs is best. even if its nothing, its best to know...ant good doc would tell you that. :)
looks like some rash of some sort...maybe an allergic reaction? A doctor would be a better choice, though.
