What does it mean when a guy calls me naive?

was texting this one guy and said "it seems like you like me" and he said "ha, you really would think that...so naive". what did he mean by that? and when I asked him, he said "u know but you don't want to accept it" what did he mean by that also?

He is saying that he doesn't like you and for you to think that, he thinks you lack experience and/or judgement because you're so young.

Then he is saying that you know what he is saying or you know that you are naive but you don't want to accept that you are naive or you don't want to accept that he doesn't like you.

Naive basically means you are ignorant of something because you are young and inexperienced.
