Well I'd say that a "strong presence" means someone who is noticed easier even among a crowd of people, even if they don't happen to have a physical trait that causes it. I'd say it how you carry yourself, how you act and what sort of mood do you look like you are in. I mean I know this one guy, who is 180cm, so the average, who is constantly friendly and in a jolly mood. He gets noticed by a lot of people and they are more inclined to speak with him, so he has a strong positive presence. On the other hand, me, 187cm tall guy, who always looks serious and don't show much emotion outside, who also has a deep but rather loud voice, is also notice quite a lot, but I don't provoke the same reaction. Usually people seem disinclined to socialize with me, so I have a strong negative presence.
People notice you. It probably has to do with your posture or the way you carry yourself. Probably.
It means that you're noticeable in some way. By the way you look, act, speak, and move, your overall presentation of self is more memorable than the average person.
I get that a lot too. As one of the very few blondes in my school and the fact that I wear red every day I am physically noticeable and I'm pretty vocal as well so I know I have a strong presence.

You might butt in or be over bearing or talk down to people Maybe you are middle class not low class -- maybe you have an attraction but men are unwilling to trust it because it is there for anyone
Maybe your just assertive? If it is its not such a bad thing.
