My experience as a girl: yes. Sometimes happened as a joke and that's funny, sometimes not (for example in a crowed place). Last time was in a club, a guy lifted up my skirt from the back and let his friends look at me. Well...embarassed and shocked. I ran away ! :-\

Only to the closest of my female friends, and they pretty much have to be of a certain mentality. Generally what I mean is, only if I think they will treat it as a joke. But really that's all it would be. I don't want to cross any lines, obviously. But yes, I've done that. I've also lifted girls shirts, or rammed the head of a guitar into someone's ass. Also, to be clear, I pull this crap on men too. :V

I will let you know now it happened to me once at the Melb cup. It was lifted by a bloke with 20 odd mates cheering. I had a blue dress and I had lacy bright orange knickers on. I was 20 when this happened. I screamed and my face went bright red I quickly pulled my dress down but the lads made a big scene and a chant about my knickers started. I cried and left before the big race it was the most embarrassing degrading thing that’s happened. If you tried that on me you would want to be extremely quick I would knee you in the balls, choke you and if I had heels on it would slice your adams apple. Show respect you fucking creep. As for the wind I laugh it off generally have shorts on
