So my friend was with this guy who noticed a glimpse of her temporary tattoo under her skirt on her thigh. She slightly uncovered it by lifting her skirt higher. Later when he wasn't there we had snow argument on whether it was appropriate or not. What do you think? What would you think if a girl did that?

It was genuinely to show the tattoo I guess. She doesn't really flirt that way
