Why do I feel like I have to pee when I dont?

Okay, I've had this feeling for over two weeks. I went to see a doctor, they sampled my urine and performed culture, but both came back as negative. They even prescribed me medicine. A few days after the doctor appointment, the feeling went away for a few days, then came back.

I'm not sure what it can be? I don't feel constipated... is that the only other thing that can make me feel like I always have to pee when I dont? Or is it something else?

Also, I think I have some sort of lump on the left side of my scrotum (not a tumor or anything); it MIGHT be a cyst, I guess. Otherwise, I don't know what the hell is going on. I'm tired of feeling like I have to pee an am tired of thinking about having to pee when nothing comes out!

Please help :(

Oh, ill be 21 next month, am male and in college, for informational purposes.

I went to the bathroom--1 and 2--and feel better now. I mean, the sensation is somewhat there, but it isn't as bad.

Thanks :) That fatty lump I saw really isn't there anymore... I think it only appears when my scrotum is tight? I'm just so confused. And I really don't feel that need to pee any longer. I'll see what happens and keep evaluating it.
