Why do I pee so often?

I am in my early 20s and ever since about age 11 I can remember having to pee often. On average I go about once an hour. When I drink fluids I gotta go within 10 minutes, even if it is half a glass. I have had my bladder and pelvis ultrasound over the last few years and everything is 'normal', except apparently I have a retroverted uterus which I have never had a discussion about (it was written on my report but my Dr didn't even mention it). The only thing different for me in that general area which I found out in 2012, is that I am missing one ovary & tube. I assume that would be unrelated to my issue, but I just don't know what it could be.

For several years I have previously had UTI's which I'm prone to after intercourse and that also makes me think something is up. I have had testing for STIs which are negative (beside the fact that it started in my pre-sexually active stage) and my last pap smear was normal. I am waiting on results for my current pap smear test but most likely it will not show a thing, AGAIN. I am trying to get a referral to see a gynecologist but my doctor wants to wait until these last results.

I just really don't understand why I need to go so much. It affects my life because when I go out I need to constantly excuse myself and it's embarrassing and annoying. Not to mention it's as though my doctors don't take me seriously.

Anyone with a similar experience or idea of what it may be? Please help
