Why do I pee at least 5 times before bed?

When I try to sleep I keep having to go pee. Even if I don’t drink too much liquids close to bedtime. How to I stop this? It interrupts my sleep.

Oh by the way, I’ve been dry fasting this month and the crazy thing is even though I have zero liquid during the day I still have to pee all the time.

I have exactly the same problem, and yes it seems like it's more pee than liquid that I injest.
And I don't know if it's the same. for. you, but even right after peeing, I don't feel an empty bladder, I feel like I could always squeeze a bit more.
I've been having this issue worsening for nearly 10 years now.

I check for an infection. Nope.
I checked if I'm diabetic. Nope.
I tried a prescription tablet to release bladder stress. Nope.

Currently waiting for a date with the urologist to see more options...

Yes the exact same thing. I feel like I still have to pee again. I did an ultrasound to check if my bladder gets fully emptied after I pee and it all looked normal.

Try eating less salt.

It's 100% the salt. I've been doing fasts in various ways and salt always did exactly what you describe. If I drink lots of water with little salt, there's almost no problem except for having to pee at night. Salt doesn't let me fall asleep in the first place. I remember years ago searching up pubmed and reading that people slept worse when eating more salt.

They say don't drink liquids after 7pm, especially if it has sugar in it. Pee before bed? How long before bed? Have you ever been tested for Diabetes?

I go to bed like an hour before I start trying to fall asleep. It starts there and I keep going, but it get’s worse when I lay in bed trying to sleep. And I always wake up bc I have to pee, it interrupts my sleep. I had a few tests last year I don't know if they tested diabetes
